- Rhyan Keating Added March 06, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ☆As per previous reviews the staff really have a constant high level of customer service, thank you. Breakfast, excellent. Parking within the hotel - Pricey. But on weekends plenty of parking out front. Will be our go to when staying in the city.

Everyone's so cheerful and attended to our every need. The room was clean and big (we had a King with Spa no river view- which we wanted) only issue was the vent was quite loud. Managed to get to sleep straight away because I was pooped but I can see it being an issue for more than two nights. We were there to celebrate my birthday and received complimentary sparkling wine (which was actually decent!) And Margaret River chocolate (a BIG bar of it). Definitely coming back.
