  We are extremely happy with service we receive from our Property Manager Tuscany at LJ Hooker. She is knowledgeable, professional and prompt with her communication. I can not recommend team at LJ Hooker highly enough.

  DISORGANIZED, IRRESPONSIBLE, UNHELPFUL. Handed property over to renters with missing and broken appliances, vents dirty. Given wrong property report by property manager. Property manager is irresponsible, negligent and EXTREMELY SLOW. The lease agreement had to be drafted more than 3 times for a standard 6mth lease. Extremely unprofessional. One sided (only prioritizes owners) and will not take responsibility for anything. ONE OF THE WORST AGENCIES EVER. Nothing ever moved or gets done. Follow up for months before something is fixed. All talk and no action. No initiative or proactive measures. Completely lack of standard. Only cares about $. Dealt with a number of staff and all are unhelpful and seem insincere to help.
  
  They insist we pay full rent even though the oven, air dryer, AC, power sockets, mesh screen, etc were all broken and not working prior to moving in. Took over 2 months (and still counting) for missing appliances to show up. We’re paying for things that we aren’t getting as per the condition report and they DENY us of any compensation for our time, disadvantage and difficulty. On top of that, they have the nerve to say we should come up with funds if we choose to breach the tenancy and break the lease. EXCUSE ME. WHY SHOULD I PAY EXTRA FOR YOUR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND MEDIOCRE HAND-OVER PROCESS?!?!?! It is YOUR job as agency to tell owners to FIX what is broken before a tenant moves in. NOT disadvantage the new tenants and “fixing” every single thing! AND NOT COMPENSATING THEM AT ALL!!
  Totally slack. All of them! Completely useless. Ridiculous!!!!
  NEVER AGAIN.

  As a tenant in one of their properties I have nothing but good things to say about LJ Hooker, East Perth. Our property manager Kym Gledhill is always responsive and has done a great job with us. Thank you Kym and team :)

  For those of you who are looking for a housing property in Perth, I seriously recommend the wonderful and lovely women at LJ Hooker City Residential. The wonderful and lovely women at LJ Hooker City Residential are fantastic at their job and they will really look after you.   I was fortunate enough to experience the lovely warm personality of Holly Newman on my search for a new rental property. This can be a daunting task in my opinion and her knowledge and first class assistance in this area was a great help for me. Moving into my new place with everything sorted in less than a week was a really nice feeling.
